Migration Volunteering Programme

The programme starts with a workshop for people wanting to volunteer in their community which builds on their interests and passions and gives them information about volunteers and volunteering in New Zealand. The team encourages people to volunteer in a way that is meaningful for them in roles that supports wider connection with the community – whether that is tech support, playgroup support or being in the outdoors. For those that need to learn more English and Te Reo, volunteering is a fantastic opportunity to practice Kiwi English.
