Carolyn manages her own financial advice business. She has been a volunteer with Coastguard Canterbury for ten years, as a rescue vessel crew and welfare officer. She is currently on the Board of Coastguard New Zealand and has championed the development of its volunteer strategy. Carolyn is of Tongan descent.
